The department has suspended its Masters degree emphasis in Audiology due to the fact that the American Speech-Language Hearing Association is changing the entry level of the profession of Audiology from a masters degree to a doctorate. The department has been unable to secure funding to make this transition. We continue to welcome applications to the Speech-Language Pathology program and we will continue to offer an undergraduate program in Speech & Hearing Sciences that includes courses in Audiology.
