Purpose
- To encourage professional interest among university students in the study of speech and hearing sciences.
- To assist university departments and local organizations interested in speech, hearing, and language behavior and disorders.
- To provide professional information.
- To provide a vehicle for student representation in matters of professional concern.
- To encourage student interaction.
Eligibility
Any undergraduate or graduate student interested in the study of speech and hearing sciences, is eligible for membership in the Chapter. Membership in the national organization is independent from that in a local chapter.
